Residents of 850 Lake Shore Drive will pay a membership fee prior to move-in and a monthly fee for services offered at the senior living community.

Membership Fee: This membership fee is a one-time fee is based on the size and location of the independent living unit and number of occupants. At this time, our membership fees begin at $55,000 for a one-bedroom unit and $160,000 for a two-bedroom residence. We are excited to offer this pre-construction pricing, for a limited-time only.

Monthly Service Fee: Service fees cover a variety of services, amenities, activities and meals offered at 850 Lake Shore Drive. Examples of the services included in the basic Independent Living service program are: continental breakfast plus a monthly meal credit of $300, weekly housekeeping and flat linen service, concierge service, 24-hour security, and unlimited use of the fitness, wellness and aquatic centers. Additional services will be available on an à la carte basis. Examples of these additional services are: Assisted Living services, spa and beauty treatments, a personal trainer, additional meals, and personal shopping. Regular monthly fees for independent living residents include 30 days of assisted living care in one of 850's dedicated assisted living residences and 10 days of skilled nursing care provided at an area community offering skilled nursing services that 850 has entered into a transfer agreement with.

850 earns the membership fee over the first five years of your residency, at 2% per month. If you leave 850 before five years, we will be refunded the unearned part of your membership fee within one year of your leaving 850 (or sooner if a new resident moves into your former apartment).
