As everyone's situation is unique, 850's Wellness Team will also be able to recommend and facilitate home care services through pre-screened home health care agencies for all residents, should the need arise. In the event that you need skilled nursing care, 850 will coordinate that care with St. Paul's House, a recently renovated community in the area, with whom 850 has a preferred provider agreement. In addition, 850 will also have preferred provider relationships with Home Health agencies, such as CJE, to serve your every health care need.
